She is also the founder of Melbourne women’s health clinic, The Pagoda Tree, and producer of HealthTalks TV. But what does she really do? Nat makes women’s hormones happier than a Pharrell Williams song!

Her mission is to educate and empower women to get clued up on their bodies and take control of their hormone health.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing John Noble, Australian Theatre, Film & Television Actor for the past 13 years, and while we both lived in New York I got to spend quite a bit of time with his family, who his kids I’m very close with. I used to take some of his acting classes when I was a teenager, which were a lot of fun and which is exactly his précis for the craft - “Just have fun, just have fun. Without that it’s just a dilemma.”

I admire John’s incredible ability to take the love he has for his craft and channel it through the various characters he plays; he’s truly remarkable to watch.

John has starred as Denethor in Lord of the Rings, where his career unexpectedly shot to international success. He later then starred as Dr. Walter Bishop in the science fiction TV series, Fringe. I remember watching these with his kids, Daniel, Sam and Jess in New York - as we all marvelled at his brilliant characterisation, while eating take out. More recently John has played in Sleepy Hollow and Elementary as Sherlock Holme’s father.

Tanya Streeter is is a British-Caymanian-American world champion freediver who holds the Woman’s World Record for No Limits Apnea for a 160m dive (on one breathe, with no breathing aparatus).

This interview makes it into my personal collection of favourite interviews I’ve ever done. It’s a beautiful insight into our selves, our immense power and our capacity to go beyond the limitations of the mind.

My path crossed with Tanya’s due to my dad’s recent work in directing the latest documentary film: Momentum Freediving, which Tanya is a part of. A film bringing together 16 of the world’s elite freedivers for the first time ever. This is a film that has the power to truly bring the beauty and magic of freediving to the world and makes you question your boundaries.

Wes Carr is an Australian Singer-Songwriter who has won many awards. At 15, he was awarded a Scholarship at The McDonald College performing arts school in Sydney. At this time Wes started playing local gigs around the Sydney folk scene which gave him the opportunity to work with Australian music icons including Paul Mac, Missy Higgins, Don Walker and Andrew Farris from INXS.

Then, in 2005 Wes collaborated with Ben Gillies from the very well-known Australian rock band ‘Silverchair.’ Together they formed a band called ‘Tambalane.’ They gained critical acclaim, extensive radio play across Australia and toured nationally twice. He won Australian Idol in 2008 and won the Best Male Artist Award at the International Acoustic Music Awards in 2013.

This is my favourite quote from my interview with Lisa Messenger, Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Collective Hub, a lifestyle magazine now sold in 37 countries. I love this quote so dearly because it purely illustrates that our purpose in life is not about “what” we do, it’s simply about connecting to what we love and expressing that love in many different ways. The “how” is irrelevant.
